With the concurrence of the President of the Family Division and the Vice-Chancellor, the standard forms attached to Practice Direction (Mareva Injunctions and Anton Piller Orders) [1994] 1 W.L.R. 1233 issued by Lord Taylor of Gosforth C.J. on 28 July 1994 have been revised. The new forms of orders attached to this practice direction will supersede those issued on 28 July 1994 with immediate effect.

This practice direction applies to all divisions of the High Court.
